CBS 動画ニュース Mystery Missile Caught on Tape [cbsnews.com] によると、ロサンゼルスの西35マイルの海上、サンタカナリア島の北方付近で打ち上げられたとのこと。
そんなアメリカの領海近くで黙ってミサイルを発射できるとしたら、米潜水艦部隊の探知の目を掻いくぐった実績のある中国の原子力潜水艦 [ismedia.jp]としか思えないんだけど。

いわゆる巡航ミサイルという形で, まだまだ現役ですし, さらに新型のものも開発中みたいです.
