なお自動車と異なり、航空従事者技能証明(操縦・整備・測定・通信など各分野内でも多岐に分かれる)制度は、国土交通省の管轄らしい。
# 要するに国土交通大臣が、「認定事業場」(MRJの場合は「三菱航空機株式会社」だが、事業所が限定されているかも)に、型式証明・型式承認・仕様承認等を任せ切ればいいのよ。部下に能力がないのが明らかなのだから。

VTOLの事を言ってるなら、日本どころかFAAにもEASAにもない。 民間向けに開発がはじまってるFAAやEASAでようやくこれから規定を決めようって動き出したところでは。

それは軍用の話じゃん。アメリカだと軍用のライセンスもFAAが管理するけど、日本で言う航空従事者技能証明の話じゃありません。

まだ完成してもない飛行機に対してどうするとか言われてもねえ FAAもEASAもまだ基準を持ってませんし。
