市場の限界

丁寧な反応感謝です。
テーマを「欲望と環境の調停」であると勝手に私が解釈してしまうと、
私の結論としては、市場だけでは無理ですね…
結局、政府が存在する理由はそこだと思います。
なので、概ね、espyさんの意見/疑問はとてもまともだと思います。

ちょっとだけ、つまらない訂正をさせてください。
基本的に経済学は人間を性善説では捉えてないで、自分の満足を最大にするために動きつづけるマシーンのようなもと見なします。

そこで、市場原理に政府が介入することで環境と調停させる方法を考えてみると…つまり、欲と得だけで動くマシーンに環境を考慮した行動をさせたいとするなら…

例えば、政府が環境対策をしていない車を作らせない法律やあるいは対策をしていない車に対してなんらかのペナルティ（税金など）を課すことは可能です。
逆に補助金や税控除を車メーカーや消費者に与える方法もありえそうですね。

もちろん、民衆が選んだ政府がそういう政策を実行するわけですから、我々が政府の環境保護政策を支持する必要があるわけです。

政治へ経済が介入する行為はとかく嫌われる時勢だったりしますが、
こういった介入なら歓迎ですね…

i am thankful with your polite reaction to me.

if i can recognize the thema is "the balance of desire and environment, my final answer is that we cannot make it only with market mechanism.

That's why i agree with you mostly.
And that's why we need the government.
So your opinion is very sound.

but let me make a trivial coreect with your statement.
Ecnomics bascically describe human as the machine.
the machine only persuit for the maximazation of ther utility.
So Economics don't care about whether human has charity mind or not.

then we think about the solution about the problem using government, i mean, we find the method, which makes the machine consider the environment in the market.

For expample, the government can make the law, which ban makers make un-environt-friently products, or impose the tax as the penalty.
Vinceversa, it help makers who makes the environmental-friendly products or consumers who choose them by using sudsidies or so.

of course, as the demorcatic body, the government is trusted by us, so we have respoinsibility to support its policy.

Thesedays, the intrusion of Gonverment is very disliked, but i welcome such a type of intrusion.
