で、ChangeLogが長いのはともかく、イマイチ何をやったのかよくわからないのが気になる。たとえば、ここ [ibm.com]によれば、NGPTがpre3で組み込まれたようなのだが、ChangeLogにはそれっぽいものが見当たらないので、本当に組み込まれたのか? と思ってしまう。

じゃあ、CVSのコミットログみたいなのがいいかと言えば、見慣れているせいか多少マシには思えるけど、やっぱり冗長だし。難しいところだ。
