なんだか YouTube で動画を上手く get できないな～、と思って UnPlug の website を見たらしれっと version が 2.044 に上がってた。 update してみたら何か変わるかもしれん、という訳で update したら何故か firefox まで 3.6.14 → 3.6.15 へ。
3.6.14 ……短かい命だった……。 というか 3.6.13 の期間が長過ぎたのか? まぁ、こういうすぐ update される pattern って致命的な bug あるんだろうし、そういう事なんだろう。

それはそうと、nicofox なんて、ずぅ～っと 0.4b1 だよなぁー、と思って、探してみた所、開発は Google Code から GitHub に移ったらしい。 ……が、source しか無い……これどうやって install するんだ……orz。

と思ったら、page の下の方に、こんな文章が。

Test the development snapshot on repository

The simplest way: Click the "Downloads" on the github page, download the source in zip format, rename the file with the .xpi extension, then drop the file into the addon manager in Firefox. (The player-develop folder is a FlashDevelop project with the original source code for NicoFox Player, which can be remove from the ZIP archive to save the file size.)

If you use Git to synchronize the latest source code, the following is a very simple zip command to grab the XPI files from the directory:

超意訳してみると、「使い方はとっても簡単♪ Download ボタンで zip file を get して .zip を .xpi にして、addon manager で読み込ませてねっ!! あ、file size 小さくしたい人は player-develop folder を削っちゃって構わないよっ!」って感じか。
意訳すぐる……。

という訳で、zip file get してやってみたが、、、install script が無いやら何ちゃら……。
う～ん?
ぐぐってみても、Yahoo 知恵袋で質問してる人がいるぐらいで、これといった情報が無いなぁ～。

要は元の GitHub にある "install.rdf" を突っ込めばいいんじゃね? と思って、zip を展開してみると……あ、うん、directory が一個余計なのね (^^;;)。 zip file の top に全 file を再配置して、install してみるとちゃんと install はできた。

まー、これといって get する動画も無いから動作確認はしてないんだけどね。
