9)スタッフには誰がいるの？ - zoneballによる

A good leader must surround him or herself with the best advisors and experts within their respective fields. Who will you be bringing in to your campaign and administration, and what are their qualifications?

優れたリーダーは最高のアドバイザーと、それぞれの専門分野
に精通したエキスパートを自分の周囲に置いておかなければいけ
ません。誰を選挙運動に送り込み、誰を選挙後のブレーンにする
おつもりですか？　そして彼らの能力はどれほどのものですか？

Georgy:

  My "staff" is all volunteers. Their experience varies from none to work with local and state campaigns. I also have a professional photographer helping me, and a few people working on the technical side of things - website and video editing.

私の"スタッフ"は全員ボランティアです。選挙運動が未経験の人
から地方、そして国政選挙の経験者まで様々な人がいます。私を
支援してくれるプロのカメラマンもいますし、技術サイド - Web
サイトやビデオ編集 - で働いてくれている人も2,3人います。

As for my administration, I plan to bring in people who have first hand experience with the problems on which they'll be working, and I would like to see diversity, in terms of both professional background and demographics (ethnicity, age, sex, etc.).

私のブレーンに関して言えば、将来取り組む問題を直接経験し
ている人々を当てようと思っています。専門的なバックグラウ
ンドや人口的な分布（民族、年齢、性別など）の見地から、多
様性にも配慮したいです。

はじめ「Who will you be bringing in to your campaign and
  administration」を「誰を選挙運動に送り込み、誰を自分の参
謀にするおつもりですか？」と訳していたが、

「参謀は資金繰りや票のとりまとめを行う人であることを考え
ると、bring in to your campaignを参謀、そしてadministrat
ionを選挙後のブレーンと訳したほうが収まりがよい」という
umqさんの提案を採用させていただき、「参謀」を「選挙後の
ブレーン」（選出後に自分の側に置く腹心くらいの意味）に置
き換えて日本語を調整しました。

タイトル"Who's in your staff?"に関して、inのニュアンスが
出ている訳の方がよりよい。というyhさめのご意見を採用させて
いただき、「スタッフは誰なの？」を「スタッフには誰
がいるの？」という訳に改めた。

TODO:

"A good leader must surround him or herself with
the best advisors and experts within their respective
  fields."に関して、with及びbestの修飾関係が微妙である。

今の訳では,surround with ...advisors and expertsととらえて
いるのだが、bestに関してはadvisorにしかかからないと解釈し
ている。果たしてこれが正しいのか再考を要する。
