特段驚くような内容でもないが、Galaxy S IIIについて聞かれたChris Pirilloさんが、Sonyを引き合いに(?)最近のSamsungのセクシーさを語っていた。

(19:53-) Let's see here... "Did you check the new Samsung Galaxy S 3?....any thoughts?" said SiDKiLLeR666. You know, I am thrilled that Samsung is doing what they're doing. You know, I like competition in the marketplace, and Samsung has nailed hardware user experience. They've got. I'm not... thrilled with modifications they've done with Android. But I think as a company... Samsung has... kind of become sexy. And it wasn't always that way. Sony used to be the sexy brand, and I don't know if it's been that way as of recently. Samsung... is... kind of sexy. And hopefully people would recognize that. I think Samsung's doing good job at producing products that people obviously want to buy. And that is I think what a tech company should be doing, more than anything else. They are making good products for consumers.

ええと、SiDKiLLeR666の質問で「Samsungの新しいGalaxy S IIIは見ましたか？何か感想は？」最近のSamsungにはワクワクさせられる。市場には競走があって欲しいと思うが、その中でSamsungはハードのユーザーエクスペリエンスをものにしている。Androidに対して彼らが加えた変更にはそれほど感心しないが、一企業としてはSamsungは…まあセクシーになったと言える。ずっとそうだったわけじゃない。かつてはセクシーなブランドといえばSonyだったが、今でもそうなのかは分からない。Samsungは…まあまあセクシーだ。これを皆が認識してくれればと思う。人々がはっきりと買いたくなる製品を作るという点でSamsungは良くやっていると思うし、それこそが技術系企業の他の何にも増してすべきことだろう。
