t-nissieの日記： お薦めの mime encoder/decoder?

『お薦めの mime encoder/decoder?』というSubjectでfj.unixに

コマンドラインで使用できるmime encoder/decoderを探しています。
OSはTurboLinux6

現在 uudeview <http://www.fpx.de/fp/Software/UUDeview/>を使用
しているのですが、下記添付ファイルを認識しない例があり、他の
decoderを試してみたいと思っています。

お薦めのmime-decoder有りましたら、教えてください。

という質問があったので、

> Content-description: Text from file 'xxx.log'
が
> Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=xxx.log
でないとダメなのではないでしょうか.
RFC的にはOKなのかしらん.

% sed -e "s/Content-description: Text from file '\(.*\)'/Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=\1/" SavedMail | munpack

とかどうでしょう.

とかなんとか答えを書いておいたのですが、質問を投稿された方から
その後なんの音沙汰もなく、ショボーンとしていました。

ところが、いまウニマガの『NetNews便り』を眺めていたらちゃんと
ダイジェストされていました。ちょっと報われた気分になりました。

mpack のほかに metamail などが紹介されていました。
