「アルカイダ」その物が存在しておらず
政府またはメディアが国民に対して強大な脅威であるように見せるために、
テロ組織諸派を「アルカイダ系」と十把一絡げにして呼んでいるだけ

その中にこの雑誌を出したテロ組織も含まれた。

って説もありますよね。
