ゆたぽん [hakugen.co.jp]位の温度で充電できればモバブ要らずで結構使えるデバイスになりそう。
電子レンジ加熱で急速チャージ／時間単位で温度をキープできるカジュアルでそこそこの機能を持つデバイスなのですが…

モバイルバッテリー持ち歩いたほうが良いのではないかと
