研究室なら危険物もあるでしょうし、表示を怠ったほうに責任がありそう。
契約時や清掃員が初めて入室する際に十分に説明していないのならそれもアカンやろし。

ここのコメントからの2次情報しか知らないけれど、ブレーカー落としちゃった清掃人は障碍者雇用だったみたいね。
なんでもアラームが鳴ってるのはブレーカーが落ちてるからに違いないと思い込んで
ブレーカーを上げようとして逆におとしちゃったとかなんとか。
