タレコミ文を10回読み返しても「トップなのにスコアが低い？」と意味がわからなかったので原文を見たら、
「予想公式では今年のスコアがトップとなりらがらも、"例年のトップのスコア(6以上）と比較すると、
トップのスコアが6以下で低いため、際立ったものではない"として彼らが予想から外した」
という意味だったのですね。
