盗っ人猛々しいとはまさにこのこと。
保存するのは勝手だが、権利者の許諾を得ずに公開する権利などどんな理屈を付けたところで認められるわけがない。

（いろいろめんどくさくて割に合わないから）著作権者が黙認するということもありますしね。
さすがにAppleがこれに気がついてない，なんてことはないだろうし…
ま，個人がやると部屋の隅でがたがた震えるハメになると思いますが。
