2004年度第4四半期のIR資料 [novell.com]の3ページ目によると、
Microsoftから和解金を5億3600万ドル受け取ったそうです。

OESの開発はもっと前から始まっていたはずなので、この和解金がなくても、
出荷されたと思われるけど。
