ここではほとんど変更がないみたいですね。 LGPL が Lesser になってるのと、

一部の国では DRM 回避を禁じる法律もあるけど、DRM は GPL の
目的とは根本から相容れないもの (DRM はユーザの自由を束縛し、
GPL は保護する) なので、GPL が適用されるソフトウェアは、
* (回避が違法な) DRM の対象にならないし、
* ほかのソフトウェアをそうした DRM の対象にすることもしない。
つまり「DRM やめますか、GPL やめますか」ってこと?

誰の事を指しているのか分かりにくい「We」を主語に使うことはできるだけ避けて(第一段落では「the Free Software Foundation」を付記)、権利を保護する主体は「ライセンスを選択した開発者」なのか、「GPLというライセンス」なのかという修正のような気がします。
